Birth Doula Package

Sliding scale fee starting at $1200

For the expecting mama

  • 1 hour initial consultation/complimentary before hire

  • Unlimited text & email support throughout pregnancy

  • 2 prenatal visits (2 hours each)

  • Mental, physical, and emotional support during pregnancy and labor

  • Work collaboratively on your birth plan

  • Photos and/or video of labor and birth (if able to capture)

Labor Support Includes: 

  • Comfort measures

    • ​Massages, counter pressure, positioning, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and relaxtion guidance​

  • Emotional Support ​

    • Continuous reassurance, encouragement, affirmations, anxiety reduction, and creating a calm environment​

  • Partner Support 

    • Coaching your partner on how to help, suggesting breaks for them, and working as a team to support you ​

  • Informational support 

    • Evidence-based information, explaining procedures, and processing decision-making​

Postpartum Doula Package

For the new mama

Essential Support Package (fee ranges from $810 to $1350)

  • 1 hour initial consultation/complimentary before hire

  • Flexible daytimes visits 

    • Visits are a minimum of 3 hours ​

  • 6 - 10 visits, flexible dependent on the needs of your family 

  • Scheduling of the visits is established on a week to week basis 

  • We suggest a 2 hour in-person prenatal visit to meet in-person, get acquainted with your home, and discuss details of your postpartum plan 

  • Overnight visits available

    • Maximum of 2 per week, 9 hour minimum at $50/hr

  • Additional Hours - $45/hr

What is included in every postpartum visit? 

  • Feeding Support

    • ​Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping guidance, and troubleshooting feeding challenges 

  • Newborn Care Education

    • Diapering, soothing techniques, sleep safety, and understanding baby cues

  • Emotional Support​

    • Active listening, validation, postpartum mood screening, and partner support​​

  • Practical Assistance

    • Light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and creating a calm environment​

  • Rest & Recovery 

    • Caring for baby while you rest, shower, or attend appointments​
